Before the third Round started, Korea was hopeless of winning the Nongshim Cup.
In the 1st round held on Nov. 2009, Korea had a good start by Kim Jisuk 6P's 3 consecutive wins. However, in the 2nd round held in Busan, the three Korean players (Kim Seungjae 3P, Yun Junsang 7P, Park Younghoon 9P) lost at their first game. While Korea and Japan were in desperate condition leaving only a player for each, China was in festive mood. However in Korea, there was a trustful player, Lee Changho 9P.
Lee Changho 9P, who made a miracle of victory by 5 consecutive wins in the 6th Nongshim Cup, reminded us that he is a legendary player.
