Lui Nai Wei 9P well defended the 16th Kuksu title from Kim Yoonyoung 3P. She won the both of the first two games of the best of three series by resignations.

The challenger, Kim Yoonyoung is one of the top female players. She is the present female Kisung title holder. Since there are three female titles in Korea, if she has won this Kuksu, she would have held more female titles than Lui Nai Wei. (Lui Nai Wei is holding the female Myeongin)

However, Lui Nai Wei improved that she is still the top female player of Korea, winning the best of three series 2:0

She has held the Kuksu title for the last three years including this one, and it is her 7th win in Kuksu and 27th title win in her career.
