Byun Sangil 3Dan won the Mezzion Rookies Cup 2 times in a row.

It was a miracle win for Byun Sangil 3Dan. His weak group was about to killed by Min 3Dan's attack but he didn't give up. Rather he persisted the situation and tried to find weak points in Min 3Dan's shape. In the end, he succeeded and won the game.

Byun Sangil 3Dan won agaistn Min SangYun 3Dan by resign with black and won the Mezzion Rookies Cup with the score 2 to 1 on 9^th. Byun 3Dan lost first game but won two games in a row.

The final game was very painful for Byun 3Dan. Min 3Dan attacked from the beginning well and it effected well until the last moment.

But the ending was not very clear for Min 3Dan. Byun 3Dan's last moves shaken Min 3Dan's shape one by one and finally he found only way to counter to Min 3Dan's attack.

Actually there are many chances for Min 3Dan to kill Byun 3Dan's weak group, but he was short of time and lost many chances to kill.

Byun 3Dan said in the interview that I was behind a lot from the beginning and my weak group was very dangerous. I couldn't win this game without Min 3Dan's mistakes.

Anyway I am happy to win this cup, and will study more to compete better against Chinese players.
