And he is also showing good result in the world championship. But the result was totally different with other's expectations. An SungJun's rank is 23 behind than Kim JiSuk.

An SungJun 3Dan won against Kim JiSuk 8Dan by resign with white in the 8^th Korea Price Information Cup on 29^th and won the tournament in the end.

An SungJun led the game from the beginning but had big mistakes when he had a chance to finish the game. By failure of attacking, An SungJun 3Dan was in trouble and the game turned Kim JiSuk 8Dan up suddently.

The situation is that Kim JiSuk had only one idea which is center. But Kim JiSuk's group was not that strong, so An SungJun tried to catch it all but An 3Dan did not read one variation and Kim 8Dan did. It seemed that the game turned Kim 8Dan up suddenly as the center became Kim 8Dan's territory.

But An SungJun took breath and controls his thinking. An 3Dan got profit by attacking upper side group and try to follow up step by step. As An 3Dan was ahead a lot, even failure of attack, An 3Dan could lead the game after that.

The end game was not really difficult for both players and Kim 8Dan read the end game variation until the end and gave up finally.

Mok JinSuk 9Dan commented this game that An 3Dan had time to be collapsed but could control himself. It is main reason An 3Dan won this game.
