12th Hanwha Children KookSu Cup was held in Yeouido Seoul on 8th of August. It proud of its biggest size as a children tournament in the world and also winners of this tournament become pro. That is why this tournament is so popular.
In the strongest group, Eum DongGun and Chen Chilui from Taiwan were in the stage. Both players had 4 wins without lose before this game, and it was final game. In the end, Chen Chilui won against Eum DongGun by 19.5 points with white and it was first win in this tournament as a Taiwan player.
Kang WooHuk and Park JinYoung came up third and forth in the strongest group.
Dang WeiFei who is pro in China now, has won this tournament. Few years later, he has shown great level in BC Cup this year. It means that the winner of this year Chen Chilui has possibility to win the world championship few years later.
