For young generation, Baduk is kind of old game and something stiff. Its image is that keep agonizing uncountable variations on the board with white and black stones. On 6th of August, by the press board at KBA, Women Baduk union announced their festival named ¡®Young tells Baduk' held in HongDae on 21th of September.
" Find Ms and Mr Young Baduk honorary ambassador" and photo contest related with Baduk will be held together.
This festival has a variety of events such as drawing Baduk, short lectures for beginners, Baduk photo contest, Baduk quiz etc. KBA sponsor of this festival said that we believe this festival gives a variety events to people do not know about Baduk and it will held them to be friendly with Baduk.
Baduk social groups are also giving their hands such as YB, Baseba, Pro baduk fans café etc as their purposes are same to spread Baduk and let people know better about it.
