The Minister of Health and Welfare Lim ChaeMin gave his prize to 36 people delivering thanks by opening of Happy Donation People at 11am on 29 of March.

It is said that this prize is for celebrating those who showed their eagle to help people around. Their behavior will be shown to people and it makes our society warmer.

One of the Winner of this prize is Jo HandSeong 9Dan from Korea. He donated the entire tournament prize when he won tournaments. He said once that he attended to 20^th TV Baduk Asia Championship and won this when he was in the military service. It was starting point for him and since then He keeps donating his tournament prize to society. This touched other people's mind and behavior. Thanks to this, a lot of people including professional player tend to be first whenever there is something donate or place where their attention and help is needed.

The Minister of Health and Welfare Lim ChaeMin said that we are appreciating of your donation and help to people around us. It will touch others and be spread all of our country and the world.

"I hope this is not the end point, rather starting point of spreading touching help. It will make our society warmer and warmer.

For those who receive this prizes are given the medal from the Ministry of Health and Welfare and also red ginseng from JungGhuanJang which is famous to baduk fans as a company which opened several baduk tournaments.

Jo HandSeong 9Dan said in the interview that I have got a call from them early March. I think this should be given to others, but I will consider this that I should do more and help others in the future.
