In the 2nd round of the 11th Maxim Cup title match, Kang Dongyun 9P defeated Choi Chulhan 9P by resignation after 204 moves. The match took place in Baduk TV Studio on April 5.

Choi Chulhan won the 1st round of title match, so now the series is tied at 1:1.

The 11th Maxim Cup started on Oct. 12, 2009, and for the last five months, forty nine 9 Dan professional players took part in the competition. (Only 9 Dan players can participate in it) The winner prize is 25 million Won (about $22,265)
