[Sipdan] Title Match 2: A Pae threat and 0.5 point win
Kang Yootack 4P defeated Lee Sedol 9P by 0.5 point in the second round of the 6th title match. The game was favorable for Kang from the opening, but Lee Sedol caught up close by breaking Kang's territories. However, Lee Sedol lost the last Pae by short of a Pae threat in the very ending game, and that decided the winner of the game.
In the interview Lee Sedol said that he thought he was going to win the game when he could play Hane in the center. Lee Sedol review the game to find a way to win the Pae, but he figured, it is not possible.
The next round will be played on Apr. 5, 20:00 (Korean Standard Time), and it will be live broadcast on WBaduk.
The 6th Wonik Sipdan title match is a best of three series. The main time is 10 minutes and 3 periods of 40 seconds. The winner prize is 50 million Won (approx. $ 45,500), and runner up is given 20 million Won (approx. $18,000).
