Lee Changho 9P of Korea, Gu Li 9P of China and Iyama Yuta 9P of Japan had the 1st Korea-China-Japan Myeongin from July 24 to 27.

In the first round of the 1st Korea-China-Japan Myeongin held on July 14, Lee Changho defeated Gu Li by resignation and advanced to the final match. In the second round held on July 25, however, Gu Li defeated Iyama Yuta by 4.5 points and also advanced to the final match. Finally Lee Changho faced Gu Li again, and this time Gu Li won Lee Changho by 1.5 points.

Winning the 1st Korea-China-Japan Myeongin, Gu Li is awarded 300,000 Yuan (approx. $ 44,300)
