CHOI Jeong 9P got the second place in SENKO Cup.

In the final of the SENKO Cup in 2019 that ended at the Tokyo Institute on 24th, CHOI Jeong 9P lost her rival YU Zhiyig 6P by 3.5 points in just 298 moves.


CHOI Jeong 9P ,who lost YU Zhiying 6P in the semifinals of the previous tournament, also lost her and had to look forward to acquire winning cup next time.

CHOI Jeong 9P became behind YU Zhiying 6P by a rival's record 11 wins and 17 losses  because of losing in the final.

LEE Hyun Wook  who was commentator in Baduk TV, said, "YU Zhiying 6P showed almost perfect Baduk. CHOI Jeong 9P's pursuit was severe, but YU Zhiying 6P remained unmoved. it seems Choi Jeong 9P couldn't find the solution of YU Zhiying."

HEI Jiajia got the third place by defeating AKIKO Tsukuda.

YU Zhiying 6P got the championship consecutively.
