It seems to be true that Lee Sedol 9P made huge improvement and give motivation in Baduk himself just after the match with AlphaGo. But Park Junghwan 9P also got motivations from it and improved a lot.

Park Junghwan 9P won against Lee Sedol 9P by 3 point with black and got into the final with total score of 2 to 1.

It is second time for Park 9P to be in the final and the opponent is Tang Weixing 9P who won against Shi Yue 9P in the another semi-final.

Tang 9P said in the interview that Park 9P is just one of top player, and he seems to improve further for his weakness as well. Honestly I don't have confidence to win but I will do just my best. Even I won against him in 2014 Samsung cup, I felt like I was losing all games, he collapsed himself not my level.

Park 9P's moves looked very flexible and each moves make its function with each other which means he has made improvment. In the semi-final against Lee 9P, Park 9P waited enough and showed great level of reading when it was time to do it
