Li JinCheng from China won 3rd Globis Cup which is the world championship for those under 20 year old.

Li JinCheng won against Shu Jayuan from Japan by resign with black in the finla while Shu Jayuan came up second in a row same as last year. From Korea, Byun Sangil got into the round 4, but lost against Li JinCheng from China and came up third in the end.

Total 16 players from Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Taipei, NA and Europe attended for the trophy with tournament system from round 8.

This Globis Cup is very similar to TV Baduk Asia Tournament as it is fast game only.
