16 players gathered all together including Lee ChangHo, Lee SeDol, Park YoungHun and Choi ChelHan etc.

Round 16 of the 59th KookSu Cup has been held alongside of Han River in Korea on 15th of June. 

The matches are Park YoungHun vs Lee ChangHo, Lee SEDol vs Kim SoYoung, Lee JiHun vs Choi ChelHan, Kim JiSuk vs Lyu MinHyong, Kim HunChan vs Han SangHun, Park YoungLung vs Lee DongHun, Park MinGyu vs Jo HanSeong and Choi Jung vs An JoYoung.

Lee JiHun let his win for the first time among all 16 players. He killed Choi ChelHan 9P's group in the beginning and won. After that, Lee SeDol, Jo HanSeong, Kim JiSuk each won agaisnt Kim SoYoung, Park MinGyu and Lyu MinHyoung. Just after that, An JoYoung and Han SangHun each won agaisnt Choi Jung and Kim HunChan.

There were two games left who played much slowely than others. They are Lee ChangHo vs Park YoungHun and Lee DongHun vs Park YoungLong. Both Lee ChangHo and Lee DongHun won and got into the round 8 in the end.

The depending champion is Park JungHwan, and the winner of the tournament got a ticket to challenge to Park JungHwan. This KookSo Cup is the only one which has this kind of system of tunrmanet in Korea.
