Guli 9P got ChunLan Cup trophy in the end. He is born in 1983 same age with Lee SeDol 9P in Korea and showed great accident to win the world championship at the age of over 30.

Guli 9P won agaisnt Juo LuiYang 9P by 1.5 points with black in the second game of the final of 10th ChunLan Cup on 3rd of June. The final score is 2 to 0 for Guli 9P.

Guli 9P won the world championship in 2006 for the first time, and he got at least one title after 5 years. But he lost against Lee SeDol 9P in 3rd BC Cup 2011 by 2 to 3 and also lost against Won SungJin 9P from Korea by 1 to 2 in the SamSung Cup. And in 2013, Guli 9P lost against Mi YuTing by 1 to 3.

People thought that he is burden witt his age and younger players who better skills than him. It would hard to show his presence in the world championship fewer and fewer in the future. But he is back and people are excited with it.

He is starting his new study in ChingHwa university majoring in history. It would very worth to seeing how he can balance between studying and Baduk in the future.

Anyway, his win is more than happy to people.
