Shi Yue 9Dan who is ranked 1 in China came up in thepreliminary league of LG Cup and got a final ticket. His opponents were LiaoXingWon, Kim KiYong, Lu Xi, Park KinSol and An KookHun. He brought Mensius bookfrom China and spent time reading it in Korea.
Shi Yue 9Dan said that playing 5 games every day was really hard for me.
- How do you feel now?
I am just happy. But it was hard to play 5 games every day.
- How was last game against An KookHun?
I was not good in the beginning, but I got leading after having pae in themiddle game.
- What was the most difficult game?
It was the game with Park JinSol.
- You are ranked 1 in China, but you came up hereto play. Why?
China Go Federation assigned seed its own points regardless of the rankingsystem. So other Ke Je, Juo LuiYang, Thi Jiaxiand Chen YaoYe had better pointsthan me.
- Who do you think difficult to play with?
I think Park JungHwan and Kim JiSuk are them. But I think I can compete wellwith them
