In the 36th Myeongin league A, Kim Seungjae 3P defeated Ahn Kukhyun 1P by 4.5 points. While Kim Seungjae made a poor showing, Ahn Kukhyun 1P seemed to have taken an upturn defeating Lee Changho 9P in the first game of league A.

The 38th Myeongin is sponsored by High 1 Resort and Hankookilbo, and managed by Baduk TV and Korea Baduk Association. The finals are played in 2 leagues, and the top two players of each league go on to the semifinals.

All the finals will be broadcast on Wbaduk server on every Tues & Thursday.
