Korea has kind of nightmare in Yimin Cup as there were no players left in the round 16 of the Yimin Cup last year.

There were three players from Korea to compete in the round 16, but only Shin JinSeo survived among all Chinese players.

Shin JinSeo won against Hwang WonSung from China by resign with white in the round 16. Before this match, Shin 2Dan won against Ke Je 4Dan from China who is ranked 2 in China. This was very good news for Korea as Korea rookies level is closed to top players.

But Na Hun who played from round 16 with seed lost against Tung MengCheng from China by resign with white. Na Hun made many mistakes in the middle game, and lost in the end.
