In the 38th Myeongin league B, Won sungjin 9P defeated Park Jeonggeun 4P by resignation capturing a large group. Won sungjin's playing style was aggressive with complete control.

The 38th High1 Resort Cup Myeongin Championship is the biggest tournament in Korea. The total scale is 800 million Won (approx. $ 712,000) and first prize is 100 million Won (approx. $ 89,000). Except the first and second prizes, game winners are given 1.5 million Won (approx. $ 1,240), and the game losers are given 700 thousand Won (approx. $ 580).
