An SungJun 5Dan won against Na Hun 4Dan by resign with black in the final of the preliminary league for 16^th NongSim Cup. He is the first representative from Korea team for 16^th NongSim Cup.

Song TaeKon 9Dan commented that An 5Dan led the beginning by little but Na Hun 4Dan got a better position by an variation in the center. After that Na Hun 4Dan made a lot of mistakes in the end game, and lost.

An SungJun 5Dan is a top ranker in Korea as he has won 8^th Korea Price Information Cup against Kim JiSuk 9Dan with a score of 2 to 0 in 2012. But he has not had good results in the world championship so far. This would be a good chance for him to show his great condition and level.

Interview with An SungJun 5Dan
- How do you feel to become a representative of Korea for NongSim Cup?
This is first time for me to be a member of Korea team. I feel kind of burden but I will do my best.

- How was the today's game?
I felt I was ahead in the beginning, but it was not true. I think Na Hun 4Dan had more chances to win in the end game, but I was luck.

- You won against Choi ChelHan 9Dan and Na Hun 4Dan who are top rankers in Korea?
I won but all games were very difficult for me. I think I can't say that I won because I played well. Instead, my opponent made mistakes and I could catch it up and win the games.

- How have you felt when you saw this NongSim Cup?
It looked very interesting but it must be burden to all players. I will prepare as much as I can show my level fully in the real game.

- Who do you think good in Chinese players?

I think Ke Je 4Dan is arising very sharply. He is very strong in reading and I couldn't see he was behind with reading in his games. But I think Shi Yue 9Dan is No.1 in China.

And recently, Japanese players are also good enough. Lichiliki Lyu, Shi Jayuan, Mulakawa Daiske are some of them who are good and hard to win.

- How will you prepare for the final?
