There were only 2 games of round 5 of 16^th NongSim Cup's preliminary league. Because there was a BakLyung cup which was held on the same day and high rankers matches have been delayed.

Byun Sangil 3Dan won against Cho HanSeong 9Dan in the round 5 of the preliminary league on 23th. Byun 3Dan went up to the final of the preliminary league in NongSip Cup since he became a pro.

Cho HanSeong 9Dan seems to have no relations with NongSim Cup. When Cho 9Dan became a representative of Korea for NongSim Cup, Korea lost each against China and Japan.

On another match, Song TaeKon 9Dan won against Lyu SoHang 3Dan by resign. Song 9Dan has never attend NongSim Cup as a representative of Korea.  

Song 9Dan won You KunJae, Ko KhenTae, Jin DongKyu, Han SangHun and Lyu SoHang so far.

It is getting very hard to be survived in the preliminary league, as the one should win 6 games in a row to become a representative of Korea. We hope all players do their best not only in the preliminary league but also the matches against Chinese players.
