The final match of the 2st Mezzion's rookies Cup which is to see who the best rookie in Korea is will be held from 7^th~9^th of May.

Byun Sangil 3Dan and Min SangYun 3Dan are in the place to compete.  

Byun 3Dan is the defending champion who won last time. Byun 3Dan won against Park JaeKun (Amateur), Park HaMin (Amateur) and Kim MinHo 2Dan in the round 4.

Byun 3Dan is currently ranked in 19^th in Korea and has 22wins 8loses so far this year.

Especially he got 5 wins 2loses in Eljo League which was held in China and finished few days ago, and his team has raised the status to Kapjo League.

While Min SangYun 3Dan won against Kang TaeHun 1Dan and Lee ChangSuk (Amateur) before the final and won against Shin JinSeo 2Dan and Shin MinJun 2Dan in the round 8 and 4.

It was interesting that Min 3Dan won both Shin JinSeo and Shin MinJun 2Dan. Because both players are known to be the hottest rookies recently in Korea. Min 3Dan is currently ranked in 40^th in Korea.
