12. Official expenses for representative players and guest officials
Official expenses mentioned below will be paid by KABA.
1) Accommodation and meal
¢®a Period: from 25(Check-in, Dinner) ~ 30(Check-out, Breakfast) of October
¢®a Participant who stay longer than the above period for personal reasons, have to bear all extra expenses by yourself. In this case, you must inform us in advance of your plan (visit place and purpose), residence(hotel name and address), emergency contact address during the extended dates.
¢®a If you are a vegetarian, please make a detailed note in your registration form.
2) Transportation
¢®a Flight
- A round-trip air ticket between a major international airport in your country and Incheon International Airport will be purchased and sent by KABA, but not includes any domestic transportation to/from your major international airport.
¢®a Coach
All representatives will move together to/from Gwangju city by coach(buses) on 26th and 29th of October. (approx. 5 hours drive)
13. Requests
1) Selection system for representative player is up to each association. The association /federation held Korean Ambassador's Cup should select the winner of Korean Ambassador's Cup as the representative player.
2) If participants need a visa, please check necessary documents to the nearest Korean embassy and let us know them no later than 2 of September(Sun).
14. Registration
1) A filled-up entry form
2) An electronic identification photo (e.g. jpeg, in colors, size 3¢®¢¯4cm)
3) A copy of passport (the page with your personal details)
¢®¨ª Please send us (kaba@kbaduk.or.kr) needed documents no later than 2 of September.
¢®¨ª Players must have the nationality of the country they represent.
¢®¨ª Individual participation fee (not for representative players and guest officials) is USD 700, including accommodation, meals and sightseeing during the 7th KPMC.
