You can pay the fee by transfer on our bank account with the communication : "Brussels" + your name + your rank. Information about the bank account of the Belgian Go Federation are here.
Please note that you only qualify for the early registration fee if the the payment arrives before 20/10/2012. It is your responsibility to take into account the possible delay of your bank in transferring money. When your payment arrives after 20/10/2012, you risk to have to pay the late registration fee on site, after which your original payment will be refunded minus administration costs.
Players from outside the Euro zone facing high bank transfer costs, qualify for the early registration fee if they register online before 20/10/2012.
If you pre-register and can not make it for the first round, you are expected to notify the organization. For this, you can use the phone numbers +32 484 747343 or +32 486 968518. In addition to any consequences as specified in EGF rules, not showing up for the first round without warning the organization will forfeit the tournament.
Once your registration fee has been received, you will be paired for the first round. You only have to confirm your presence if there are mistakes in your name or rating on our wall-list. You can cancel your registration by warning us. Before 20/10/2012, 12¡Ë©¡ will be refunded, after 20/10/2012 only 7.5¡Ë©¡.

Prizes
Top prizes: 1000¡Ë©¡. This includes 400¡Ë©¡ in ECup points (40 points to distribute). Non-European players not receiving ECup points will receive some cash for the ECup part of their prize, but the total value may be slightly less. Here is an estimation of the top prizes:
* 1st prize: 470¡Ë©¡
* 2nd prize: 270¡Ë©¡
* 3rd prize: 180¡Ë©¡
* 4th prize: 80¡Ë©¡
Prizes are guaranteed for all the players with 4 or 5 wins. There will also be a tombola (with 150¡Ë©¡ of prizes) for all pre-registered players.
Prizes for top places are determined by number of points and SOS. Prizes are divided equally if the number of points and the SOS is equal.
The 2013 EGC in Poland offered some vouchers for members who want to take part to the EGC. These vouchers will be distributed as follow: prize winners will have 10 euro of their prize replaced by a 25 euro voucher, or 25 euro of their prize replaced by a 50 euro voucher. The vouchers can be used at the European Go Congress in Poland in 2013. If you wish to receive these vouchers as a part of you prize, you have to mark a special field on the preregistration page. If you don't mark the field, you'll receive the normal prize.

The tournament venue is located in the cultural and economical heart of the European Capital; if you want to visit the historical center and the Grand-Place with all its famous monuments, it's only a 10-minute walk away from the tournament!
How to get there
The Palais du Midi is only 5 to 10 minutes walking from the Gare du Midi (Zuidstation in Dutch), Brussels main train station.
