Organizers of the Woongjin Thinkbig 2010 Gyeonggi-do Yong-in World Youth Baduk Festival hope to attract over 1,000 young go players from twenty countries to the August 6-11 event. The Baduk Festival will be held on the Myongji University Yong-in Campus and is limited to players under the age of 18.

The Festival features a main tournament and lots of side events and is hosted by the Korea Amateur Baduk Association (KABA), KBS and Myongji University. "It's unfortunate that this big youth event is at the same time as the U.S. Go Congress, " said AGA President Allan Abramson, "but for anyone not attending the Congress, it could be the trip of a lifetime!"
