In this summer there will be a very interesting and useful baduk(go) seminar from the 18th(Monday) to the 22nd(Friday) of July in Barcelona in Spain.

Barcelona go club "La Pedra" has its own place for the regular meetings in the very centric zone. The seminar will open at the "La Pedra" with 3 teachers, whose one teacher is a famous professional player of 8P, author of various go books, Sung-Rae Kim. And Kyeong-Nang Kang 7d, a woman teacher, has won the 4th prize at the "Paris Tournament 2011". All 3 teachers  are Koreans .

Using the morning time, we will do a tournament of 4 rounds including 3 teachers.
And right after the tournament, let's review the games of the tournament individually with teachers and a game in public.
After having lunch and rest, there will be another tournament of 4 rounds between the students.

In the afternoon from 6 o'clock let's have simultaneous games with teachers, and there would be go lectures devided into 3 groups according to your level.
And there would be a public lecture, then let's review one professional game in public. Then let's go to have dinner and to drink. ^^

Also, there are a large number of things for sightseeing in Barcelona. You would be very surprised and impressed to see the various architectures of Gaudi. Furthermore, we have a nice beach which is at 15 minutes on foot from La Pedra.

Because La Pedra is at the very downtown, near to it there are more than 100 restaurants and bars. We can drink and enjoy until very late in the night. ^^
Especially as one of the some events, we will have a "Cooking Contest" with some prizes.
