Baduk City GOthenburg, Sweden - Sung-rae Kim 8P
I visited the 26th Gothenburg Open from Nov. 5 to Nov. 7 in Sweden.
When I saw the name of the city, Gothenburg, I feel funny because Go is in the name of it and Gote in Gőteborg by Swedish language is also Baduk term.
This is 7th European tournament I visited since I have stayed in Budapest. I usually go to the tournaments with another professional player, but this time I went to Gothenburg alone because of the budget. The trip alone is not fun but sometimes it is attractive.
There were about 45 players and Blomback Fredrik 5d took 1st place. I had three lectures about Haengma, Capturing race and the actual game review of top players. I was surprised that they were so concentrated on my lecture even if I can't make the audience laugh.
I like the nature more than the architectures. I saw the North Sea and went to the Bronno Rodsten island near Gothenburg alone.
