On Sunday 26th of September, there were Baduk lessons at a plaza of a culture center (CCCB) in Barcelona. It was a part of "Asia Festival" during the biggest festival "La Merce" (23th ~ 26th of September) in Barcelona.

There came a lot of laypersons to understand what the game is. I taught them Baduk with some helpers, three Korean girls and a Spanish player Pau 3d. We taught them 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours more in the afternoon, and in total more than 200 persons could newly know how to play Baduk.

They had a very good time and almost everybody was satisfied with getting to know a new and very interesting Eastern game. Especially many parents with their children were very interested in Baduk. Now more and more Europeans think that Baduk is very helpful particularly to children to improve their I.Q,, memory, ability to think, ability to calculate, creativity and endurance etc.

The best thing that they were content with was there were presents for everybody, such as a mini Baduk board, a key chain or a badge with a comic about Baduk which the KABA (Korea Amateur Baduk Association) has sent to me for free a little before to develop the society of Baduk in Spain. I give the great thanks to the KABA again. At the end we were all very tired, but very happy to have made lots of people know newly Baduk. The dinner and beer was much more delicious than usual.^^
