In this month, I went to Malaysia which is close from Singapore for couple days. I visited Baduk committee, play simultaneous with them and they show me Malaysia. 95% of the members who are involved in Malaysia's Baduk committee is Chinese race.
The committee is included in Japanese club's building. The weather is similar to Singapore, and it's very hot during the whole year. It's very surprising that they can speak four language, at least. They use two kinds of dialect as well as Chinese and Malay. In Malaysia, there is no professional player, so they shudy themselves. They said that they want to take lessons from professional player, if there is one. The best player is Malaysian 5dan and he will take part in this Asian Game.
There is very lively inter-change between Singapore and Malaysia, so the three nations Singapore, Malaysia and Thai held great tournaments every year.
In this month, most of schools' CA activities are canceled, because it is Singapore schools' exam period. So I didn't do many things at school. In here, study is always the most important thing because they think that Baduk is just CA activity. Some schools interrupted CA activity from September to the end of this year.
In this month, there was Masago Cup and I was a judge. There was also family pair baduk, it was great to play with family members together. General section was almost students who represent their schools. Individually, the trophy was given to the school which gets the most points, total with individual points.
